I got lost a bit when i arrived there because i didnt know it was inside and that was my fault too. I did not check my email. I was struggling with the door too 🤦‍♀️. But anyways i figure it out and was please with it. Very clean love it.

Have used Public Storage in the past - this time is for a very short period of a month...Everything has been fine throughout the starting period...if there is one issue - once the lock is opened and removed...sliding that mechanism to open the door is extremely difficult - not sure if it was bent or what the situation is but it takes a good 5 minutes to get it to slide left to gain access into the actual unit....that would be my only complaint...and I believe it's just this particular unit...

I found Public Storage to be a excellent alternative for people to place their personal belongings the staff is they bend over backwards to do everything possible to make your experience the best that it can be the facilities are clean well maintained and kept everybody is there just to do the best job possible so Public Storage I commend you if you're out there and you want to store your personal belongings I can't recommend enough how great public storage is

Check in was great, storage unit and facility were as expected, but don't pay for anything online for reservation. You will have to pay again when you check in. Public storage did agree to reimburse me for the online payment as long as I show them a bank statement... still a bit of a pain

I got a unit at public storage a couple months ago and still have it. I even bought a few items to help with the storage of my belongings. James was very knowledgeable and concerned with the well being of his customers items. I was going to just put my mattress in there with no cover but James explained the importance of having a mattress cover.

As far as the overall service with PS it is good. I have had very little issues with this company and location and have rented for over a year. The only issue I would have is that some of the lanes, namely mine, is too narrow to get a 17 foot or larger truck into. Therefore when I decide to move my things out, I will have as much difficulty in moving it out as I did getting it in. I was not consulted about the size of truck or belongings I would have but that is on me as well. Lesson learned. PS as a whole has been professional and has met all of my needs. Sherry Owens
